Pre-register online by clicking the button below. Walk-ins welcomed. Tests provided at no cost. No prescription or referral needed. Located at our East Liberty Medical Office.

Insurance is not required. However, if you have insurance that will cover the cost of the test, your insurance will be billed. Please bring your insurance card.
