TELEHEALTH SERVICES
ELFHCC is now offering telehealth audio and video services to our patients. Telehealth services are a way for you and your ELFHCC provider to conveniently communicate with one another—eliminating the need for transportation, saving time off work, and reducing exposure to illnesses in waiting rooms.
Please call our office at 412.661.2802 to schedule your telehealth appointment. Our staff will provide more information and walk you through the process on how you will continue to receive quality health care during these difficult times.

Consent to Treatment
Patients are required to provide verbal consent in order for ELFHCC clinical staff to administer telehealth treatment. Please review our Consent to Treatment form and call our office at 412.661.2802 if you have any questions or concerns.
