How to Get a COVID-19 Vaccine

East Liberty Family Health Care Center (ELFHCC) is administering COVID-19 vaccines in a phased rollout plan, following protocols set by the Pennsylvania Department of Health.
Beginning April 19 COVID vaccine is to be available to everyone. Please call 412-361-8255 to schedule an appointment. ELFHCC will not have an online vaccine self-scheduling system. Currently, we are administering the Moderna vaccine.
