East Liberty Family Health Care Center will open the door to patients at our new health center on December 6th, 2021. The new location provides the opportunity for more space and to modernize the health center but most importantly we will remain in the community we have been serving for over 20 years. Conveniently located at 7157 Mary Peck Bond Place, the new facility will offer Medical, Dental and Behavioral Health services as well as an in-house pharmacy.
The new building boasts approx. 17,000 sq. ft., more than triple the size of the former Lincoln-Lemington location. The center will house 15 medical patient rooms, 6 dental operatories, a negative pressure room and an abundance of parking.
Because of generous funders and grants we were awarded, we were able to completely renovate the Lincoln-Lemington Home for the Aged and equip the site with all new equipment, furniture, check-in kiosks and technology. The quality of the facility that patients receive care in will now match the high quality of care they receive from our providers.
