Steps to follow to login to your healow account

1.) Download the healow app from your smart phone’s app store

2.) Now, open the app and continue on with the steps with your first and last name and date of birth

3.) Then you will enter the practice code for East Liberty Family Health Care Center

4.) Make sure to verify you have the correct practice – East Liberty Family Health Care Center, then verify your account with your mobile number or email.

5.) Create your 6-digit PIN and then choose a new password

6.) This will open the main healow navigation wheel and display the most recent messages

7.) You can send messages to your healthcare team, also it is easy to request refills of any of your medications

8.) Easily use the app for your televisit, view upcoming appointment and referrals

9.) Upload images and communicate with your healthcare team.
